The information we collect automatically may include personal information, or
we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other

• If we believe you have abused our Website or services offered through
the Website to attack other systems or gain unauthorized access to any

law or our Terms of Use. For example, we may be required to provide
your Personal Information to the California Public Utilities Commission.
Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you
provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following
control over your information:
• Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to
refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are
being sent. To learn how you can manage your Flash cookie settings,
visit the Flash player settings page on Adobe’s website. If you disable or
refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this Website may then be
inaccessible or not function properly.
• Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. If you do
not want us to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-
agent third parties for promotional purposes, you can opt out by
checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your
data (the order/registration form). You can also always opt out by
checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email
stating your request to [email protected].
• Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your
email address used by the Company to promote our own or third
parties’ products or services, you can opt out by checking the relevant
box located on the form on which we collect your data (the
order/registration form) or at any other time by sending us an email
stating your request to [email protected]. If we have sent you a
promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted
from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to
information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase,
warranty registration, product service experience, or other transactions.
• Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we
collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to
our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, you can opt out by
checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your
data (the order form) or at any other time by sending us an email stating
your request to [email protected].
• Do Not Track Policy: Some browsers have incorporated “Do Not Track”
features. Most of these features, when turned on, send a signal or
preference to the Website or online services a user visits indicating that
the user does not wish to be tracked. Because there is not yet a
common understanding of how to interpret Do Not Track signals, the
Website currently does not respond to a Do Not Track Signal. However,
if you do not want your information to be tracked for the purposes of
targeted advertising, please contact us at [email protected].
We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve
interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with
ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You
can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising
Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.
California residents may have additional personal information rights and
choices. Please see for more information.

The Website may contain links to third parties’ websites and applications. Other
than our Third-Party Service Providers or contractors under contractual
obligations with us, third parties have no obligation to comply with this Privacy
Policy, including with respect to the personal information or other information
that you provide directly to those third parties, that the third parties directly
collect from you for themselves, or information that you direct us to disclose to
said third party. We do not control those third-party sites or applications and
have no means to control how your personal information is collected, used, or
disclosed. We recommend that you inform yourself of the privacy policies and/or
data practices of that third-party site or service prior to providing personal
information to that third party and take any action you deem necessary to
protect your privacy and security.
